Your whole workshop fits in one schedule
The appointment lands on the schedule of whichever technician is free, the vehicle comes in, and the job opened at reception becomes the invoice — without retyping a single line. What was done on the vehicle is exactly what gets invoiced.

Your own map, with every pitch where it really is: free, occupied, on hold, to be cleaned. A guest calls, you answer without opening a ledger — then the booking runs through to departure and invoice, tourist tax included.

Repair workshop and after-sales service
When you hand it back, you have something to show
The item arrives, you photograph its condition, the customer accepts the quote before you open anything, and signs on collection. Three months later there is no argument to be had: it is all in the file.

- Quote accepted before any work, time-stamped signature on collection
- Every item of equipment keeps its history, and a replacement unit lent during the repair is tracked like the rest

Retail
Scan it, take the money, the stock has already moved
The salesperson runs the item under the scanner, takes payment, and the invoice exists. Behind the counter the shop’s stock is up to date, and the till closes on a sealed check between what was expected and what was declared.
- Scan mode stays on from one item to the next — a factory barcode or the QR code on your own label
- Stock is tracked shop by shop, and a salesperson only works on the shops they are assigned to
- Supplier deliveries are received with the scanner, with the outstanding quantity recalculated item by item
- At closing, the gap between the expected and the declared amount is archived and sealed

Hair salon
You know who is expected, with whom, and in which chair
The appointment lands on the schedule of a stylist who can do the service, the chair is held, the customer’s record is at hand with her technical record. At the end, the invoice comes from the appointment.
- The schedule reads per salon and per stylist, and never offers a slot outside your opening hours
- During processing time the chair stays taken, but the stylist is free for someone else
- The technical record keeps formula, developer and processing time, service after service

Maintenance and interventions
You know who is working where, on which equipment, and what was signed
The intervention is scheduled on a technician, linked to the customer’s equipment, signed on site, then invoiced per customer — without retyping anything.
- The schedule reads per technician and per day, and every sheet carries a unique intervention number
- Each customer’s fleet is kept: material, serial number, location, contract, next visit
- On site, the technician enters time and parts, and has the customer sign on the screen
- A customer’s interventions are invoiced in one go, and travel is never invoiced by mistake

Hotel
You know who is sleeping where tonight, who is arriving, who is leaving, and what is still to be collected
A stay is tied to a room and a period, with its board plan and rate plan; the floor planner shows your hotel as it really is, the front desk handles arrivals, departures and housekeeping in sequence, and the invoice comes straight from the booking with no re-entry.
- Each floor plan shows which rooms are occupied, vacant or need preparing, and opens the booking in one click
- The quote is calculated night by night: season, guests, board plan, rate plan, options, tourist tax
- Your guests book online with a verified e-mail address, and you stay in control of the confirmation
- Seminar rooms can be booked by the day or as a day delegate rate, with their quote

How it works
What you pay for, and what we do
A monthly subscription, with no minimum term. The software runs on our side: you open a browser, there is nothing to install and nothing to administer.
Included in the subscription
- Your own instance and your own database, separate from any other.
- Hosting in Switzerland: no server to buy, no machine to prepare.
- Daily backups, technical maintenance and software updates.
- Document storage included in every plan, with a top-up if you run short.
- Sealed and chained records: a recorded invoice can no longer be altered, any correction goes through a reversing entry.
- No minimum term, and your data exportable whenever you want.
How we work
- You tell us about your business: how many people, what volume, and whether you are starting from a blank page or have data to bring over.
- We confirm the plan that fits your case, what the setup costs, and a realistic lead time — not a brochure one.
- We open your instance and set it to your company details, your VAT and your document numbering; if there is data to bring over, we bring it over with you.
- You get your credentials, and you work.
Support is a separate subscription: it is not part of the price of the software, and you only pay for it if it is of use.

Our software is recent: designed in 2026, built from the start for e-invoicing and for what a management tool is expected to do today — where many tools are still catching up. The company behind it has been supporting professionals with their management tools for years. In practice: you are looked after by the people who write the software, and what you report genuinely shapes what it becomes.

How much does it cost?
Each package has three plans, on a monthly subscription, and their prices are published on the pricing page: you do not have to call us to find out. On top of that, if you want them, come a support subscription and a setup service.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes, right now and without giving us anything. All seven products have a demo open to everyone, with no sign-up, filled with fictitious sample data. Open every screen, change whatever you like: everything is reset every night.
How long before I can start?
If you start with no history to recover, your instance is created, set to your company details, and you work straight away. If there are customers, items or invoices to bring over from another system, the lead time depends on the volume and the quality of the data: we assess it with you before announcing a date.
Does my data belong to me?
Yes. Your software has its own database, separate from any other, hosted in Switzerland and backed up every day. You can export your data whenever you want, and we use it for nothing other than running your instance.
What happens if I stop?
You stop. The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term: there is no notice period to negotiate. Your data stays yours — you ask for it back and we hand it over in a usable format, as our terms of sale provide.
What hardware do I need?
A computer or a tablet with an up-to-date browser and an internet connection: the software opens like a website, there is nothing to install. Depending on the trade, a little counter hardware helps — a barcode scanner, a label or receipt printer. We do not sell it, but we will tell you which one to get before you buy it.
