What the software does
Rooms, types and floor plans
Each room has its number, floor, type, capacity and its place on the floor plan you upload. A room type describes the bedding (single, double, queen, king, sofa bed, baby cot), the amenities (view, air conditioning, television, bathroom, minibar…) and the photos your guests will see online.
Seasons, rate grid and base rate
Each type has a base rate per night, which seasons override: low, mid, high, with their periods. The grid can be read at a glance and prices are entered tax included; the software keeps the excl.-VAT amount for the invoice and e-invoicing.
Board plans
Room only, breakfast, half board, full board, all inclusive: the plan is chosen on each stay and calculated per person and per night, with the children’s share and the alcoholic drinks share split out at the correct VAT rate.
Rate plans
The standard rate, non-refundable, long stay, advance booking, the platform rate: each plan has its conditions (minimum duration, booking lead time, channel) and its discount, and the software rejects a plan the stay is not eligible for. A platform’s commission is shown on the quote.
Front desk booking and live quote
The front desk enters the guest, dates, party composition, board plan, rate plan and options: the quote is calculated night by night, tourist tax included, and the room is chosen on the plan. The booking becomes a proposal, an order, a deposit invoice, then a balance invoice — native, numbered, tamper-proof documents.
Online booking
Your guests search for a room for their dates, filter by amenity, see the photos, choose their board plan and rate plan, and confirm their request with a code received by e-mail. You confirm, the deposit payment link goes out, and the stay takes its place on the planner.
Stay planner, arrivals and departures
The planner shows stays by room and by day, today’s arrivals and departures, unconfirmed options and blocks. The arrivals and departures screen handles check-in, early departure and releasing the room in sequence.
Housekeeping and common areas
Each departure creates the room’s housekeeping task; common areas have their own. The daily list is read by employee, ticked off on a tablet, and incidents and maintenance requests are reported from the room concerned.
Team, staff schedule and time clock
Front desk, housekeeping, bar, maintenance: each employee has a role, a shift schedule, a time clock and certifications (pool supervision, swimming instructor, bar service). The software knows who is present and who is certified.
Seminar rooms and day delegate rate
Each room lists its surface area, its capacities by layout (theater, classroom, U-shape, banquet…), its equipment and its prices: rental by the hour, half-day or day, or a per-delegate day delegate rate with a guaranteed minimum. The room planner prevents any overlap and the quote comes out with VAT rates itemized.
Bar, restaurant and pool
When you enable them, the bar and restaurant get their native point of sale and products, the restaurant its table reservations by service, the pool its health logbook and supervision schedule, and the swimming lessons their time slots and registrations.
Tourist tax
The scales by star rating (palace, five stars… unclassified) are installed with their departmental share; the tax is calculated night by night and adult by adult on each stay, minors are exempt, and the remittance is prepared by period.
Hotel compliance
Thirty-one obligations tracked with their due dates (safety committee, legionella, HACCP, operating license and permit, mandatory notices, DAE…), police registration forms for foreign travelers, the property’s star rating and its validity dates.
Booking platforms
The availability of each room type syncs with platforms through iCal calendars: your rooms show as occupied there when they are here, and a stay coming from a platform carries its channel and its rate plan.
Native, tamper-proof invoicing
Quote, order, deposit invoice, balance invoice: native, numbered documents, sealed in a tamper-proof log, compatible with e-invoicing. Stays, seminars and consumption are invoiced with the same products and the same VAT rates.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see the software before committing?
Yes. The demo is open to everyone, with no sign-up, with a fictitious hotel already filled in: sixty-four rooms over four floors, stays over six months and the current week, seminars, a team, invoices. Everything is reset every night.
Is my data kept separate from other properties’ data?
Yes. Each property has its own instance and its own database. Nothing is shared between customers.
Can my guests book online?
Yes. The public page shows the rooms available for their dates, with photos, amenities, board plans and rate plans; the guest confirms their request with a code received by e-mail, and you stay in control of the confirmation and the deposit.
Does the software handle tourist tax?
Yes. The scales by star rating are installed, the tax is calculated on each stay night by night and adult by adult, minors exempt, and a screen prepares the remittance by period.
Can I manage seminar rooms and a restaurant?
Yes. Rooms can be booked by the hour, half-day, day or as a per-delegate day delegate rate; the bar and restaurant are enabled in the settings, with their point of sale and table reservations.
Can I bring over my rooms, rates and customers?
Yes, data import is part of onboarding: rooms and floors, types and rates, customers, upcoming stays. We assess it with you before announcing a date.
